Chairman’s report
The chairman thanked everyone for a fantastic season and praised the clubs achievements over the past two years.
Vice Chairman
The vice chairman also praised the efforts of the season and informed members that the club will be keeping membership fee's at £15 for adults and £5 for juniors for 2007.
Treasurer
The treasurer reported on the clubs finances. The club are in a healthy financial state although money still needs taking care of as the situation could quickly change if not handled carefully. If any club member wishes to see a copy of the full accounts they should contact the club treasurer.

No elections were necessary as no positions had more than one nomination.

B. The club passed on their thanks to John Wood and Anne Bentley for their hard work this year.
C. The Club applauded Simon Hill, Mark Simons and Anne Bentley for completing lengthy sponsored walks during the year and thanked Anne for the money she raised from her walk which was donated to the club.
