Profile: On his day one of the most destructive batsmen in the league, Alastair is always a good player to have in the middle order. With plenty of league experience and the power to clear the boundary Alastair has made the number 4 position his own in the team with his explosive performances. He is also a very strong player with the ball, with one of the fastest actions in the league.
At the AGM in 2005 Alastair won the bowler of the year award after some very good performances with the ball have proved him, at times, unplayable.
